Bradley Childbirth Education Classes
Also called "Husband-Coached Childbirth," this class offers high-quality childbirth
preparation for you and your birth partner. The Bradley philosophy emphasizes natural
childbirth, and coping with labor through relaxation, positions, and other natural
techniques. This class offers local mothers an excellent alternative to traditional

Assistance for expecting mothers and families:

WIC (Women, Infant, Children): If you are pregnant or have any children under the
age of 5, you may qualify for WIC. You will receive checks for a variety of
nutritious foods to use when you grocery shop. Find out if you're eligible, and
where you can apply!


South Jersey Healthcare Womens Center offers prenatal care for those on
Medicaid and several other types of insurance.

Tri-County Community Action Partnership: This organization serves Cumberland,
Salem, and Gloucester Counties. If offers a large variety of services, including
childcare for low-income families, Head Start preschool, Energy Assistance if you
